Did you know?
A piping or duct model drawn with 3D CAD can be worked on by different drafters and even different trades in multiple locations at the same time? Progress made shows up in everyones drawing with a click of the mouse!
Our CAD standards are set by your office. Dimension styles, line weights, colors and other settings are often set by the project's GC or the subcontractor's CAD Manager. We follow these guidelines to give you the look you require.

Services offered by 3D MEP Drafting & BIM Coordination
Pipe, Duct, Plumbing, with the knowledge that field experience brings, 3D MEP Drafting & BIM Coordination provides accurate and reliable services for MEP subcontractors.
Drafting is about details. Clear and precise information that guides the installation or fabrication of materials and assemblies. We do our drafting in 3D for this reason. 3D drafting allows the model to be shown from any viewing angle without the need to redraw the typical views- Plan, Elevation, Section and Isometric views come from the same drawing. Since there is only one model, changes are reflected in all views automatically.
Faster, Better and Cheaper than 2D drafting in most cases, a single 3D model will be used for Coordination, RFI Sketches, Shop Drawings, Fab Drawings, As-builts and any 2D printout used on the project. Drawings below all from the same project are an example of why 3D is the industry standard.
